Lisa Odle is a Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience treating patients, a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and a Market Manager in Tennessee. She directs the patient care, financial performance, human resource management, sales and business development, and day-to-day operations of six outpatient physical, occupational, athletic training and industrial rehabilitation locations. Lisa works closely with the WorkStrategies and Industrial Services teams to coordinate national outcomes and protocols for Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs), Injury Prevention and Ergonomic programs, Customized Return-to-Work planning, and Work Hardening and Conditioning programs as one of Select Medical's National QA Specialists.
