New Program Offering
We are pleased to announce the following developments:
Lymphedema Treatment Available in Winter Park! Lymphedema treatment is for chronic swelling of all or portions of an extremity or trunk which cannot be controlled or significantly eliminated by medication, R.I.C.E., or exercise. Lymphedema can limit mobility, joint flexibility and normal functional activities at home and in the community. The onset of Lymphedema frequently follows S/P breast and prostate cancer diagnoses and associated treatments. However, it can also develop after a joint replacement trauma or an infection in one of the extremities. Our clinical team is fully trained and staffed to provide appropriate treatment, including lymphatic drainage massage and gradient decompression wrapping.
