New Program Offering
|
We are pleased to announce the following developments: | We are very excited to announce two new programs: all Southern Illinois locations will be offering ACL Risk Assessments and Prevention Programs. The assessments are open to ages 11 and up. The assessments will look at form and body mechanics while jumping. In addition, the Southern Illinois locations will also be offering Swimming Injury Assessments and Prevention Programs as well. Our clinicians will utilize the most valid, reliable and practical screening tools assessing shoulder injuries or those who may be at risk for a shoulder injury. The Prevention program educates swimmers on how to reduce the risk of injury and provides exercises to address muscular imbalances associated with competitive swimming. Please call your the clinic located nearest to you for specific dates and times.
